I didn't draw a nudity version for this. From the start of sketch just think of him wearing a black speedo.
Since after I SFW my patreon, the numbers of active patrons is decreasing drastically. So I am plan on insert one drawing that theme of gutpunch or muscle man in fighting shirtless then in injury or bruise, but their little tight underwear just still intact. Hey, fighting scene is pretty normal in manga anime, right? I think that still consider a safe work, yes? no ? :P
Anyway, I just feel this will be fun. Let see how far I can go with this strategy.
