Hey there, fun ep :) Mitch’s mom/Eva’s muffin liner idea is great. I was also trying to think of ways and recently used parchment paper to get out a pumpkin loaf for the first time and it helped so much. Im just thinking out loud, but for the pie cookies, maybe try putting parchment rounds on the bottom of the muffin pans with the spray (like cake rounds), then use an offset spatula or butter knife to dislodge the sides (like removing a loaf). They should pop out a lot easier. Happy Holidays!
