They put a sombrero on me and took a picture with a cake. It was a polaroid camera, and I remember thinking 'oh no, my parents are going to look at my face and know I'm so depressed. Once for lunch, we grabbed appetizers between the ceremony and reception, and we closed out the night there with the bride and groom.. My wife (a 10 obviously) and I dig on cereal when we have the munchies. Combining Cinnamon Rice Krispies with Cocoa Krispies creates this killer Mexican hot chocolate sort of cereal. Another example would be taking 2 frozen pizzas and putting them together like a sandwich then covering it with sauce and cheese. Thanks for hours of enjoyment! Much love, seanisbad

But at work, it's a different story. A coworker at a desk near mine has the habit of slurping his coffee, sighing heavily, then slamming the mug down on his desk hard. Slurp, sigh, slam. All day long. He also doesn't have his phone on silent/vibrate, so I hear all the text messages, both incoming and outgoing. Meaning I hear the click click click swoosh when he types and sends a text. It drives me up the wall. I've previously politely asked him to put his phone on silent, and he couldn't believe that it bothered me, and only had it on silent for a few days before turning it back on. Any suggestions on what I can do? I can't wear noise canceling headphones, because I don't want people sneaking up on me at my desk. Should I just take his phone and put it in his coffee mug, killing 2 birds with one phone?

I started using a similar program last September and as of writing I’m down close to 120 pounds. I’m aware the show makes it difficult to make good decisions for yourself on top of your work schedule but it seemed like you both were pleased with how things were going for a while. What did you learn most from that program that you can share with people who may also be interested in losing some weight or just getting more fit. Personally, I’ve learned that being mindful about every bit of food I consume makes me realize when I’m actually hungry or just want to chow down on a big box of Taco Bell. However, the cheese is significantly better at one of the theaters, so now whenever I ask my wife if she'd like to go to a movie, she will usually only go if it's playing at "the theater with the good cheese". My question is - have you ever gone to an event you didn't really want to go to just because you knew there'd be good or, on the other hand, skipped an event you were interested because you knew there'd be a lack of good food? We probably won't live in the same state for two years minimum, which is a bummer. We're trying to visit each other every month or so, since we both luckily make enough money that it's not a huge hassle, but I'm curious if y'all have had any LDR experiences, and what you might recommend for activities to try together remotely, in addition to the normal stuff like TV/movie watching, visiting each other's animal crossing islands, etc. Unfortunately, listening to Doughboys together is out, as her most common response to the pod is "I don't understand why you are laughing at this."
