I lost 90 pounds doing Noom, and I've kept it off for almost two years. Maybe give it a try. Good luck! 💜

Scott H [Hugizu on Discord]

Awesome with the weight loss! 💜

Scott H [Hugizu on Discord]

If you have to ask the question, you're too old. 🤣

Hey D’oh Boys, Is it fucked up to tear a bagel in half instead of eating a top or bottom? Do you always have to take a whole bagel? Help, my roommates won’t stop bullying my sad ass.

Pete

What's your most embarrassing gym experience?

Beau

What are your tips and advice to someone looking to start a new creative endeavor? Twitch/tiktok/YouTube/etc. Thanks!! Huge fan of the show been listening since day one! Thanks for making me laugh through the years!

Hanna Russell

what soda would you like to try a slurpee version of?

brady maurer

How can I reckon with the fact that Natalie and Nick don't have a Bachelor Nation podcast in which they go through the latest/share their thoughts on the latest episode of the Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor In Paradise? Nothing would make me more content in this life...

Anna Rienstra

How old is too old to hang out at the mall

Kyle Dawson

Hey Doughboys, as you are reaching “a certain age” (I’m there too) you must be finding friends having kids and other life changes which take away precious time from activities which you used to do. What would you suggest to do to maintain those relationships?

Kelsey Desjardine

So I love to golf (I know Wiger loves to swim and Mitch is lazy as shit (love you Mitchy! ;))). Also I'm in Florida which obviously is super hot this time of year. After a round though. I always want Taco Bell! A quesadilla, cheesy gordita crunch and a crunchy taco. Then stop by the Wawa to get a Code Red (fuck baja blast lol). Do you guys have a go to meal after a strenuous/hot activity? Love you!

Benjamin Jehl

Not a question, but a future Double idea could be about the video game Stray. Maybe a Played/Double crossover with fellow cat lover Apodaca?

Jenny Miller

LMFAO

Yusong Liu

I can hear it so clearly in my head.

Thom van Tijn

Would also love the answer, guys

Stephanie Sandhurst

Mitch: “For Emma & Nick, what the fck?!?!”

Stephanie Sandhurst

What are your favorite “self care rituals”? How do you treat yo’self? Personally, I’m a fan of taking a hot bubble bath then eating an entire bag of dill pickle chips while watching YouTube. I may have over shared. Anyway, love you all!

Stephanie Sandhurst

Hi Doughboys, my fiancé Rob and I are getting married in October. We’re self-uniting (meaning we will not have an officiant) so we can basically do whatever we want, and we’re trying to find a unique symbolic ritual we can weave into our ceremony—kind of like lighting a unity candle. Do you guys have any food-related ideas for us? Thanks all for the laughs! We love ya!

Breanne Needles

Hi Nick and Mitch, I'm a statistics professor, and I love teaching. That said, as I start another semester, for my first class I'll be teaching the same lesson I've taught over 20 times now. I still find the material interesting, but sometimes I'll go on autopilot with the lesson, because I've done it so many times, which makes it boring for everyone. Nick and Mitch: You've had to do your podcast week after week for years now. Even though the podcast format is always the same, I still love it. Do you have any tips on how to keep a performance fresh, even though you've done it over and over? How do you keep something interesting even after you've done it hundreds of times? Thanks for the laughs, and for the advice! Zach

Zach B.

I’m moving from Massachusetts and in with my boyfriend Nick In New Hampshire (who also listens). Any advice for us??

Nicole

Hey Dougheads! I have a note in my phone specifically for the the feedbag but all it says is ‘reality tv host’.. so it’s not super helpful :( I am assuming at some point I had a phenomenal question to ask but I cannot recall it for the life of me soooo I am going to assume the following: If you were to be the host of a reality food cooking competition series (thinking like a chopped, top chef, guys grocery games, nailed it, ect.) what would you pick? P.S. Come back to Vancouver! Also Dave and Graham from Stop Podcasting Yourself are long overdo for a guest appearance.. looking at you Mitch 👀

Kelsey Haberl

So at the time I’m asking this question, the California Mega Millions Lottery is at $530 million. If you won, what insane amenities would you add to your kitchen? Would you want an In-N-Out style potato cutter and deep fryer? An authentic Dominos pizza oven? A wall of fast food sauce dispensers? The sky is the limit!

I’ve started a business recently (a bakery called Pastry Boy in Seattle), how did you guys figure out your balance between “work” and “not work” since your job is unconventional and the lines are blurred sometimes. Especially when you first started.

Jamie Hill

So sorry for your loss, Devon. People want to help; let them. If someone says let me know what I can do, ask them to bring you groceries next time they go to the store.

Veronica

How do I know if I'm talented enough to do something I enjoy for work? Like making music or any other kind of art? Is it the financially prudent thing to do something boring? Even if that means I end up creatively unfulfilled?

Christopher Chiasson

Hey Boys! How do y'all deal with mindless eating, or eating out of boredom? Generally try to go healthy, but tend to find I eat badly when I've spent too much time on my own at home! Thanks for all the laughs over the years, cheers.

David Perez

Welcome to the shit. I’m coming up on four years as a high school English teacher and still kind of suck at it. It’s a difficult job to do well. (So question bump, because Doughboys is the thinkin’ man’s podcast.)

CMatt

Have either of you watched Everything Everywhere At Once yet? Thoughts? It was amazing to see hut dugs in it

Hi boyyyys, your gayest male fan here. I’ve lost 200 pounds since 2017, and for the first time I find myself loving my weird body and its quirks more of the time than not - however I’m still working up the confidence to show off my heaving pendulous summer man boobs in public. Any advice on how to stop caring about what other people might think of my lusciously huge pink nippies and flabby little belly? It’s so hot outside, help!!!! Thanks in advance xxx - Kevlar

Hey Dough-Fam! I work in an office job conducive to bringing my dog every once in a while. I did this all the time at my previous job and it's such a morale booster. At the new job people have even started asking me when I'm doing it so they can bring treats or bring their dog too. Only issue is this one downer lady who is scared of dogs. Are we horrible people if we ignore her fear? The dogs couldn't care less about her and never go near her. Thanks!

Conor Driscoll

Hi Dough-Team. Here in New Zealand, a traditional cultural meal prep is ‘Hangi’ (pronounced Hung-ee). Wrapped food cooked by hot rocks in a buried pit. What other unusual-to-you cooking methods that you know of have you tried or might appeal to you? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C4%81ng%C4%AB

Hi Doughboys, Emma, and Yusong! I made the risky move of taking a girl I was dating to a Doughboys show in San Francisco very early in our relationship. I doubled-down on potential peril after the show when I saw Yusong outside the venue, struck up a conversation, and introduced her to him as if we were old friends. Five years later... we're getting married! My question is, how can we make our wedding as fun, stupid, and silly as possible without offending our parents?

Demian Kendall

I ask this every time: smash mains??

Mauricio Diocis

I really can't stop thinking about the conversation from the Ivar's episode about killing Dracula with garlicky jizz. Could you all take turns naming a classic movie monster and then talking about what foods you would give it (directly or in indirect ways like through a load, I guess) to kill it?

Kathryn Evans

Currently recovering from my first bout with COVID, and I’ve had brain fog so bad that I feel like I’m relearning how to be human daily. Any advice or tricks for getting back into the swing of work and life, post-COVID?

Matt Peoples

Hello, doughboys. How does one find a husband? 💕

Caroline Lam

Given the current state of things, with the supreme court blanket sentencing women to die and our overall steady decline towards fascism, what is the best food and drink to pair with the fall of an empire?

Andrew Clark

Which sort of hot dog pairs best with a rosé?

Owen Elmore

How do you guys all feel about "boundaries?" It's something I've been spending a lot of effort figuring out in the past few years, but it's still a struggle in both work and personal life. When do you suck it up and do something you don't want to do? When do you put your foot down and refuse. I hear bits of this come out in the show when you guys talk about your different POV's on going out late after shows while on tour. Thanks for the joy you give listeners like me every single day!

Schuyler Hunt

What’s up Wiger, Mitch, Emma, and ghost of Yusong? I am in the process of starting a blog/YouTube channel about baseball stadiums and the food in and around them. It is the perfect intersection of two things that I love, and it’s always been a dream of mine to travel to parks across the country. As two people who punish their bodies traveling and eating tons of trashy food, am I making a mistake? Or is being able to do something I love worth the potential punishment?

Stewart Payne

I'm close to finished with the third draft of a novel that I've been working on for about five years, and I still run into freuqent problems with writer's block. How do you deal with writer's block?

jacob moore

How do i not spill shit and not embarrass myself?

Matthew Koslow

For Emma and Nick, what's the best hair care routine you've found?

Thom van Tijn

Over the last year I've been through an unbelievable amount of stress: I've watched my wife recover from a miscarriage; months later give birth to my first child, cut off members of my family in order to stop a generational cycle of abuse, house my friend who's home is now uninhabitable due to unexpected flooding, all while navigating living in a country that continues to disenfranchise the majority of its citizens in favor of an increasingly authoritarian minority. My question: how often are you willing to try a new dish at a spot where you've become a regular? Thanks for all the hours of laughs. xoxoxo

Turtle from Entourage

How do you make new friends as a person in your 40's? My only real friend at this point is my wife, and I think she is getting tired of my shit. Thanks.

Nick G.

What do you guys do to maintain strong relationships with friends and partners?

conor woods

What is one thing you regret not taking advantage of during your college age years? Alternately, is there something you would never change about those years?

Caitlin

Mitch: You’re a single man. I’m a single man. You’re, what, almost 40? I’m almost 43. While I’m not even half your size, I’m also barely one-tenth of your charm. So my question is: What should old bachelors like you an I do—work hard at dating to find a life partner, settle down for a lonely old age with a couple of pets, or something else altogether?

Andy Buck

Question for Mitch: have you had Juan’s Flying Burrito in New Orleans? I lived near the Lower Garden District location while doing Americorps way back in ‘08. I’ve had it on every trip back as well, and I still believe it’s a top 3 Mexican food spot anywhere in this horrible country. If not, what other non-bayou specific foods have you been munching on? I had some of the longest waits for fast food of my life down there at Rally’s and the McDonalds inside of Walmart - it took 45 minutes + each place for 1 value meal. Love you guys, have fun in the BAYOUU 😘😍🤙🏻😍🤙🏻

DerBurs

Do you have any habits to prevent yourself from procrastinating, or to stay focused on a task?

Kevin Ford

I’m an elementary school teacher, always looking for good tips to make school better for my students. What’s something that made you hate an elementary teacher, and what something a teacher did that made you love them?

Lucas Gregory

And my max lift is whatever a Dunkin’ Donut weighs.

John Overby

My name is Devon, btw. Feel free to use it on air if this is picked. I forgot my Patreon account was under my podcast’s name. No need to mention my podcast. I’m not trying to promote it here.

The Streamer’s Guide to the Galaxy

How do you cope with lifestyle changes, such as dieting and exercising more? I'm trying to live healthier and as a fat guy, it's hard as hell.

Scott Osborne

Sorry for your loss, friend. <3

My family just got a puppy. He is awesome, and lovable, and perfect. If you folks were to get a new pet, and that pet was able to eat any and all human food, what meal would you prepare for your new pet so that it would understand you and your personality?

Brian B.

Mine is a bit of a bummer (sorry, guys). My mom passed away suddenly a few weeks ago and it’s been an understandably difficult time. How have you all dealt with loss when it happens to you?

The Streamer’s Guide to the Galaxy

How should I tell my wife that my girlfriend wants to have a threesome with me and someone else that isn't her?

Robert Kalal

I just got hired as a high school English teacher, which is a career change for me after spending 12 years in journalism. What were some of the characteristics you most enjoyed from your favorite HS teachers? Is there anything in particular they did that helped make school more fun?

John Overby

Nick, as Monster Fuck season approaches do you have any tips for striking up a conversation with Dana DeArmond?

Morgan Evans

So I’m turning 40 on Saturday (july 23). I have decided this will be my “mid-life crisis” year, so what should I do to honor this?

Matthew sprague

I'm getting married in October! I know Nick eloped and mother-son/owner-pet marriage isn't legal yet (sorry Mitch), but from the perspective of wedding guests, what can I do to make sure my wedding is a fun one? The show has gotten me through some particularly stressful evenings, so thanks for all the laughs.

Aaron Mook

Hey Doughboys and friends! Any favorite books or authors?

Kevin Noonan

What's the best way to deal with someone who is overly sensitive about (even gentle) criticism of their state/birthplace/sports team?

Chris Baker

None at this time, thank you!
