2020-11-07 11:26:21 +0000 UTCOn a road trip from Minnesota to Vermont and back last year my brother and I stayed a night in Joliet, IL where there is still a Rax (haven't listened yet not sure if they mention that a very small number still exist). My brother is eight years older than me and told me about going to Rax when we were kids. I am 35 and had no recollection of ever even hearing of Rax before the night we spent in Joliet. The roast beef sandwich was pretty good. My story is pointless, but you mentioning my home state set me off.
