Reminder about REWARDS

I’m here just to give some info about rewards. Maybe you don’t know but Patreon starts the payment process on the 1st of every month, but the complete process of payment ends at the 5th of every month, so that day is when all the payments are processed and some of them are not processed because problems with the bank.
So as a creator I have to wait til that day so I can see the processed payments that was charged and other not. After that and just after that I can send all the rewards guys.
I’m telling you this because there is some people that just remove their pledge the very first day of the month and that tell me stuff like : where is my rewards???? You are a fraud or something....
Guys, I’M NOT A FRAUDE! You just have to be patient till the whole payment process is completed by Patreon’s system.
