Terms of Usage (as of Nov 24, 2022)

Hi everyone!  Here is a general breakdown of how you can use my content - depending on who you are.  Please feel free to ask any questions you have here. 

What is Custom Content?

Tabletop Assets created and released on Patreon (both IO and Non-IO). This can be pre-made tokens, token art, and backgrounds.  This is content you can find on the $10 Asset Tier.

Custom Content is 5e materials created and released on Patreon (both IO and Non-IO).  This can be Races, Classes, Subclasses, Mechanics, Items, Creatures, Encounters, and Modules. This is content you can find on the $20 Gamemaster Tier.

Terms of Usage (Personal) :

• You can use custom content for your personal games - where you are not intending to make any money. This includes content from the $10 Asset Tier and the $20 Gamemaster Tier.

Terms of Usage (YouTube/Twitch)

• You can use custom content released on the $20 Gamemaster Tier for your streamed/recorded games on YouTube/Twitch only.
• You cannot use the IOverse Soundtrack in your recorded/streamed games.
• You cannot use assets released on the $10 Asset Tier. (this is currently being worked on)
• The channel owner (whether Youtube or Twitch - now referred to as the Showrunner) must maintain your $20 Gamemaster Tier (Electrum) Patron or higher.
• You must include a link to this Patreon (http://www.patreon.com/worldofio)
• For YouTube Videos - this includes a link in your video description.
• For Twitch, this includes a command/timer (timer must be a maximum of every 30 minutes) link to the Patreon.  
• If the showrunner are no longer a $20 Gamemaster Tier (Electrum) Patron or higher, you can no longer use custom content for your games on YouTube/Twitch. 
• Using content from this Patreon is not an endorsement by this Patreon or any member of the Io Publishing Team. 
• These terms can be revoked to a showrunner at any time by myself (BrettUltimus) for any reason.  This includes, but is not limited to shows that break terms of service declared on the respective platforms. 

Terms of Usage (Commercial)

• You cannot use any of this content for any commercial means unless previously specified.

Update (Nov 24th 2022) : Expanded usage including the $10 Asset Tier.  Included the ability to revoke a showrunner for using content. While left open to cover for any situation unseen - typically his is meant to not allow content that promotes things like hate speech, racist remarks, targeted attacks against a group of individuals, or heinous controversial content included but not limited to rape and incest.  

Update (Aug 20th 2022) : Language specifying the who must maintain the subscription.
