Added 2025-03-16 13:19:03 +0000 UTCHey everyone, just a reminder that if you become a Patron through the iOS Patreon app Apple adds on additional fees. I think it's either 3 or 5 dollars, something like that. This is not something Patreon can control, it is purely Apple being greedy. The best way to become a Patreon it to use literally anything else. Android users do not have extra fees, and if you use the website on a desktop/laptop or even through the web browser on an iPhone you also don't get the extra fee. It it literally only on iOS.
Not only do they charge an extra fee, but I don't get that money for 75 days. It's ridiculous to have your own money held from you for over two months just because Tim Cook (Apple's CEO) is greedy.
