Presenting the April 2023 installment of Born in the Second Century After Dark, in which the host continues the Road to Born in the Second Century. In this installment the host's ill-fated foray into doctrinaire Catholicism is covered, as well as his introduction to Gnosticism.

The second half of the show introduces the Second Century Problems: a list of potential counterarguments to the host's theory. As a thunderstorm reverberates heavily in the background, he reviews the troublesome implications of the following: the mentions in Early Christian literature of the Jerusalem Temple being still extant; the Gospel authors failing to mention Sepphoris and other Galilean towns discussed by Josephus; the possibly anti-Christian readings in the Jewish Bible translations of Aquila, Symmachus, and Theodotion; and the date of Basilides.
