Every patron gets to suggest two franchises for the above mentioned month and tier reward. Others show their support by giving hearts to your comment suggesting a franchise.
Your suggestions will be put on a list by Sun Hee, from which she will draw the winner. The amount of hearts are important here! For every heart given, your suggested franchise will have an entry added to the drawing list, heightening its chances to be selected.
If your suggested franchise is chosen, the poll for it will made. Everyone can then suggest characters from that franchise, which are then later put in a poll. You will also have one extra character suggestion should your franchise win.
The rules are simple:
*Two suggesed franchises per patron
*One suggestion per post
*Give each other hearts
*Your suggestion needs at least 3 hearts to be considered!
