A little while ago I ran a poll on what part of my mod you guys wanted me to focus my attention on. Prostitution won with people very vocally asking for sex-autonomy related features when it comes to prostitution. So when I had a lull earlier this month I decided to start working on this in earnest so I’m pleased to announce that the first major step on the road to autonomy has been reached!

The ‘Just Do IT!!!’ update, as the name heavily implies, brings an all new sex auto-start system. Before, when your prostitute solicited a client, got solicited by a client, had a client come visit, etc, you would then have to chose a location for your sim to start sexing and go through the usual WW sex starting steps. With this update your sim, if enabled, will attempt to start sex on their own, bypassing the awkward manually starting WW sex step in the process.

Worried about the location your prostitute may choose? Want your prostitute to only service clients on the toilet, in bathrooms, in bedrooms, only in public, or just in your special sex dungeon complete with cameras for ‘security’ and definitely not black mail material no way (your prostitute is a good gurl/boi)? Well the other part of the update, the Location Preference System, is going to take care of your naughty story needs.

The system has 3 categories to consider that can be set globally (via my mod's settings menu) and individually(on the sim) for specific sims. The first category is slutting objects. You know how sims can choose their favorite bed? Well the slutting objects are like this but for sexing. You can click on any object with valid WW sex animations and, through the new sex control menu, you can choose to mark the object as a ‘Slutting Anchor’ or to simply ‘Mark for Slutting.’

Setting it as an anchor means that when your sim is looking for a place to have sex, they will consider all objects in the same room as the anchor and choose a valid one for sexing. The next option, the marked object (from Mark for Slutting) will then be looked for if the slutting anchor couldn’t provide a valid sex location or if it’s unset. The marked object need not be the same as an anchor. The sim will try to have sex at the location of the marked object. If that fails then we fallback on your sims specific or global preference settings which comes in two flavors.

The first category that can be set is ‘Search by Room’ which comes in two flavors, bedroom or bathroom. If this category is set then your sim will try to look for the nearest bathroom or bedroom to have sex in. The other category, if set, is search by style. Which uses TURBO’s sex style locations to find a sex location. These come in multiple flavors: All, Public, Outdoor, Risky, Comfort, Privacy, or Nothing and rely on WW to find the sex location. Note however, that if your WW settings have it enabled, then having a child sim on the lot will block sex locations from these styles as being chosen.

Finally, if no sex location can be found then you will get a notification stating a possible reason as to why where you will still be able to start sex manually or… try to fix the problem that blocked sex, click on the client sim, and then use the new Start Servicing Client(S) or ‘Make a Move’ interaction which will have your prostitute try again to start sex according to their or the global sex location preferences.

This is rather a big update under the hood. I’ve had to make over 20 new scripts to support the new systems needed to make this possible and I’ve overhauled the prostitution situation system to allow for the new auto sex starting feature. Most will work how you’d imagine with two exceptions. The Escort Date for normal prostitutes will not start sex right away (as you are on a paid ‘date’) so you will need to use the make a move or start servicing client interaction to start sex then. Also the debt visits have been changed. Sometimes the client will start sex immediately with your indebt prostitute but other times they will decide to just wait around for a bit before starting sex.

But this is only the start for overhauling my prostitution system for sex autonomy. What I’ll be working on next along with a DoEH overhaul, and the new Wicked Succubi release (which was started at the beginning of this month, put on hold while I made this auto-sex starting system, and restarted this week) is overhauling the player client side of prostitution, bringing that system over to the situation based system and the auto-sex starting system.

Lastly, in addition to some minor hot-fixes, I’ve reorganized my pie menus on sims. I noticed that my mod was starting to add quite a few pie menus to sims so, in order to keep things more organized, I created a new ‘Perversions’ menu (ala WW’s Wicked menu) which will house my sim menus. If there is only 1 pie menu available within the Perversions menu then it’ll replace the Perversions Pie Menu, but if your sim has multiple menus from my mod available (like the piercing manager, the ho control, the new sex control menu, for example) then you will find these menus neatly categorized under the Perversions menu.
