OK so this needs Context LOL. So a while ago, the Group Chat I was in suddenly got on the topic of Fuzzy Lumpkins from Power puff girls and how much he could " get it" and I'm like.... yeah.. he could.... so first time ever drawing him and it still makes me feel Funny lol.

OK SO THIS ALSO NEEDS CONTEXT lol. So..from the same group chat, its a recurring thing to pick on Delirost cuz why not. but this pic is mainly based of of this snippet
