This turned out nice! I made some separated umbrellas but didn't use them so you guys will get some of those with this, I likely won't release them for anyone else until I finish the whole set later though. I made a couple of color variations of the heat lamp and the strappy metal chair along with a new strappy metal barstool. And I have some coffee shop deco I'm wrapping up tonight like cup stacks and coffee bags. Oh, and I made a sidewalk floor to match the sidewalks in Del Sol Valley, it's not perfect but it's pretty darn close.
I'm really having an issue with the Pastry display though. S4S has been having issues importing/exporting meshes since Seasons and there's still issues like the pastry display and the dark plants. There's a couple of other objects I've encountered like this and I'll tell you, I'm really starting to get put off from making new objects. I think after this month I'm going to focus on projects that don't require creating new meshes because I wasted too much time on trying to get this to work. I'm thinking separated stuff, recolors, plants and recipes.
Good news is I got the tuning to work PERFECTLY so you can buy single plates of food from an object without having to interact with a hired sim. I realized too that the coding for this can be used to make other 'buy food/drink from...' objects that don't require an interaction with another sim like vending machines or drink dispensers!
So here's what the pastry display looks like in S4S:

And here's what it looks like in game:

Yep. Total crap. And it really ticks me off because it looked good in S4S so I just kept plugging away with the whole thing until it was nearly finished. Maybe I could just make a plate of pastries you can click on and buy stuff from...I'll play around with it and see but I'm hoping to have this out by Saturday morning. If I can't get it to work with a mesh by tomorrow I'll likely add the interaction to the espresso bar and try to remake it once S4S fixes it's issues.
