Saeshima should be responsible for this. Although Kikuta did something wrong, I don't think it is totally her fault. I would believe that her deep love to Mikami and boxing caused it. As a powerful fighter, she felt a lot of pleasure when she defeated Mikami, and Kikuta also enjoyed boxing with her boyfriend to feel the emotional and sexual connection with him. However, it went so far. She forgot that she destoryed her boyfriend's proud in public. For Saeshima, in order to protect the interests of her faction, she ordered Kikuta to fight with Mikami, although she knew they were a couple before. Saeshima didn't tell Kikuta why her boyfriend fought, and she didn't stop Kikuta when she humililated Mikami in public. After their relationship was broken, Saeshima didn't comfort Kikuta or helped her reconcile with Mikami, either. Why did she treat Kikuta as this way?
