So apparently the whole "mind" of Cerberus feels/experiences what each individual "body" feels/experiences, as described in one of the canon comics where one of the bodies is eating one of the rolled crepes while the other two are making sounds of enjoyment. The Helltaker asks her what would happen if all three bodies were to eat a crepe at the same time, and she replied that the pleasure overload would cause fatalities. So take this concept. And apply it to sex. *maniacal laughter*
