She's more willing to play with him now, only hissing if things go too far or if she's just wanting to nap. I'm surprised by how quickly this turned out. Her playing with him has helped tremendously in getting him to not attack my feet nearly as much as a week or two ago. Gene's still up for adoption on the foster kitten website, but now I'm starting to think I should just keep him. My fear was Aisha would get super stressed by the move and having a kitten around she didn't like would make things even worse for her. If they end up becoming buddies then maybe that'll make the move easier for her. I have to take Gene back to the foster care people to get checked out, so I'll ask then whether anyone has tried adopting him or not and perhaps ask to just adopt him wholesale myself. Might be a tight squeeze having two cats in a 420 square foot studio apartment, but it might be fine. In comic related news, I have written the outline for the last section of the current chapter, getting Cooper approvals and everything! All that's left is to write the script! That ice cream truck from the cover will finally come into play, and it'll be a huge test in my abilities of drawing a Mad Max-esque chase scene. Hopefully it turns out well!
