After over 11 years since starting the 1980s Urusei Yatsura TV anime, I have finally made it past the Oshii episodes. That's right! I'm on my way to STUDIO DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN quality episodes! So far they've been fine. There's been a few instances where I questioned some of the pacing, and the constant reusing of animation for this one episode's fight scenes, but it's still fun. At the rate I'm going I should be finished with watching it around 2034ish, after which I'll move onto the reboot series!
