Something you might have noticed (or not) in the past couple of uploads: I've reworked how I go about inking! And by reworked I mean going back in and thickening up some of the line work. Give a bit more depth to stuff that's more in the foreground, where a shadow might be, and so forth. I've been liking the look a lot! Really helps make things pop out unlike before. Adds a bit more to the total work time but I think it's worth it. What do you guys think? Rewatched some old Urusei Yatsura episodes on bluray the past couple nights. I skipped ahead to around the 30 odd episode mark where I think things really start to pick up in terms of animation and joke quality. Haven't seen these episodes in about a decade, and I think they hold up! Great show! One day I'll continue past where I left off some months ago (around the 90s), and then finally reach the Studio Deen/Post Oshi episodes! It'll be really neat to see the difference in tone and quality between both halves!
