Kittens Update: My nearly two month long adventure with the kittens came to a close yesterday. On Monday evening, someone from Dallas Cat Lady came by the apartments to get a different set of kittens that were hanging around, and came by asking if I knew where any others might be. Short story even shorter: they night I handed off mama cat so she could get fixed and the kittens were put up on their website to be adopted. Then Tuesday evening when they brought the mama cat back, they told me all three kittens were adopted by a single older couple. I had to drive to Grapevine Mills Mall during rush hour, which sucked, but I handed the kittens off to their new owners to start their new journey. All has ended well! Now when I move back to my parents in August I won't feel bad about leaving the kittens and mama cat behind without getting neutered and such, because turns out it's a much bigger pain in the ass unless you want to pay out of pocket! I seriously lucked out with how smooth it all went.
