A fantasy show that isn't fucking isekai for once, where the protagonist is the weakest of weak warriors who winds up getting stuck with a dark elf healer who may or may not be amazing due to her completely screwing over and making fun of the protagonist. Through their misadventures, they solve problems in unethical ways that truly help people. And by people I mean monsters and other supernatural beings. I watched it dubbed as a casual watch before going to bed at night. The dub knocked it out of the park, but Funi/Crunchyroll typically excel at slapstick comedy dubs. One noteworthy performance was a evil spirit turned good who sounds like they're from Wisconsin. Whoever decided to go with that accent deserves a round of applause. A nice, fun way to cap off a busy day. Thumbs up. Anyway, seeing Creed 3 tomorrow. From what I've heard it's very anime. I've seen some of the shows that were referenced to be inspirations for it (megalobox, hajime no ippo), so it'll be interesting to see how much it shines through. I also hope I can make heads and tails of what's going on despite not seeing any Rocky/Creed movie prior to it.
