Jon is slated to inherit Moat Cailin. With the castle, he gets a port close to the canal in his fief courtesy of Harry and he'd control all road traffic into the North from the south. He is also a dragonrider which naturally makes him a powerful lord.

Dacey Mormont: She is the heir to Bear Island. She is also a demigoddess born from the union of Ygg and Maege Mormont. So, naturally more magic into the Stark bloodline. But House Mormont is comparatively poor and less powerful. But they're slowly regaining their footing with the ice trade giving them a steady revenue stream.

Elsera Snow: She is the bastard daughter of Gregor Forrester. She has powerful blood magic and she is Harry's apprentice. She is a powerful witch and could be a great boon for Moat Cailin.

Alys Karstark: She is a Stark in all but name. Karstarks are a cadet branch of House Stark and they command vast lands and men.

Val: She is a wildling. Not much to offer other than she is the sister of Mance Rayder's wife. But she is a warrior and respected among some Free Folk clans.

Meera Reed: She is the daughter of Howland Reed, an old friend of Eddard. She lives in Greywater Watch. House Reed is closer to Moat Cailin and they'd become one of Jon's principal bannermen.

Ygritte: Just a random wildling. But she is supposedly hot enough to melt Jon Snow's icy heart. She is an accomplished warrior.

Jonelle Cerwyn: She is the daughter of Lord Medger Cerwyn. House Cerwyn is one of the closest castles to Winterfell and loyal to a fault.
