Who should kill off the Freys at the Twins?

Of course, taking the Twins doesn't mean all the Freys will be dead. There are Freys in Seagard, Casterly Rock, in King's Landing etc. But, Walder Frey and his ilk will get a good culling.

The first two options are self-explanatory.
The third option means Arya and Daeron meet before they take action against the Twins. So, the credit will go fifty-fifty and we get an early Arya-Jon reunion.
