new tier plans

heyyy so since deciding to do one or two of the sketches in the evening before bed, i've found myself feeling miles better about them so any plans to remove that as a reward have been suspended. please continue to get me your ideas ASAP cuz i wanna avoid the usual crush at the end of the month! those still waiting, thanks so much for being so patient! i'm absolutely getting to them but any concerns please hit me up here or on discord!

i have also been thinking about introducing a new higher tier, the incentive for this one being that, for those that like to get sequential sketches, you'd receive them all arranged into a comic and, within reason, cleaned up! granted, most people aren't looking for continuity across their sketches but i've noticed a few people are so i'd like to offer that as a potential tier reward.

that might not be very clear so let's consider an example: for your july sketch you might want X character stuffing their face at a buffet, getting fat. then, for your august sketch, maybe you'd want to continue that by having X eating a person or belching or sitting on someone or whatever. then, for your september sketch, you can continue the sequence with the next idea and so on!

if this is the case, i would still share each pic with you for each month, but when the sequence is finished, i'd compile the sketches onto one page with framing and with whatever (small!) additions might help it to flow better as a story. as standard, these would be shaded ala the $10 tier sketches.

so yeah! obviously this heavily depends on people wanting that month-to-month continuity! but thought it might be something to explore so that we are able to produce from these sketches something approaching a completed work!

i have this wip from one of my sketch pages but i cannot remember who asked for whatever it is! it might have been something that i turned into something else but if someone is missing a sketch wherein a big fat girl (maybe lynzi? can't quite tell) is squeezing onto public transport, remind me of what the request was and i'll double-check before completing it!

now that i think about it, it might have been that in-profile ass-to-face pic i did a couple months back (doesn't narrow it down, i know) but just wanted to make sure cuz i'm trying my best to not forget about anyone

This is not yet set in stone but I think what might end up being the step for making the rewards a more manageable task is maybe doing away with the $5 doodles and making it exclusively $10 for shades doodles!

I appreciate totally not many might wanna essentially double their commitment per month and that’s completely fine! In fact I’m kinda counting on that, with the lines being what actually takes me the longest - once they’re done, the shading only tends to take minutes.

This change is not set in stone just yet but it’s what I’m considering for now! Either way thanks so much for supporting! at the moment the patreon workload is such that it’s beginning to affect my ability to work on comms which is not fair at all to those waiting on them!

hey you lot!

so a combination of dreadful sleep for a while now and disorganisation has left keeping up with the doodles feeling like it's gonna gimme a stroke! so i'm gonna have a think about ways to change the tiers up a bit, whether that be slightly pricier ones to gimme some breathing space or something else!

i really love doing these cuz they force me to draw so many different things but i'm really just not fast enough at doing each, spending way too long tidying them up as if they were full priced comms - which, incidentally, have suffered because of the demands of here!

this month will stay as normal while i try to give myself a chance to be more organised using the book etc.! and i will absolutely continue to offer doodles, just not sure what form/price they may take! were i to increase price even a bit, that would inevitably reduce the number of requests i get and allow me to deliver those remaining ones in a much more timely manner -- but i dunno if i can face too dramatic a pay drop right now lol.

thank you so so much for supporting me thusfar! it should go without saying that this is very much a me problem. i'm catching up on last month's and will never, ever willfully forget to deliver em for people - i'm just not the most organised and sometimes need a bit of a kick up the arse!

here are the vast majority of the doodles for may! i know a few are absent or unfinished and i am gettin to them over next couple of days! unfortunately, while i always think i can do each of these in a few minutes, they can actually take upwards of an hour or two sometimes!

but thank you thank you all for continuing to support! i'm gonna keep em going this month too to try to give myself a chance to be better organised! in the meantime, those whose pics i missed are coming over next couple of days!
