Update 01/27 - WE ARE MAKING PROGRESS???

Welcome to the 2nd Update of the Once More Successful Social Consensus That Is The Newest Year We Have (great job everyone! all who still claims its 2022 will now explode into paradox!!)

So, I'll be honest, not much has changed since last, things are still trucking on in a similar fashion, so I'll keep things fairly brief.

The World of Darkness Introduction & Exploration Video is still the prime focus it's VERY close to finished.
I am definitely biased but I am quite happy with how its turning out. I watch this kind of video essay stuff very frequently, especially when I work, and a good intro-video or exploration of a franchise I have interest in always appeals to me, and I feel what we've done here is a very solid effort in both those aspects.

It has unique visuals that, while different and more in-line with your standard video essay editing, still has a flair that makes it uniquely ours. Listen, son, we have the most highly developed rantsona tech in the industry, he can even SHOOT HIMSELF with a GUN.

I also feel Speaker has made a fantastic effort on the script side of things!

While definitely indulging in affectionate ramblings, it ultimately come across as a genuine attempt by someone with clear experience and passion into convincing you to become a fucked up Mage freakazoid drafted into the Ascension War.

I hope you'll give it a shot once its released!

We know that its quite a different beast, but we do feel like its Good and worth an attempted watch.

If it is succésfulle, chances are we could make even more stuff in a similar vein about both WoD and other franchises we're interested in.
Hell, we could probably even make some about Warhammer, its not like a video essay is a fan animation, right??

We'll see where this road takes us, I don't want to be too presumptuous, the video could just as well perish immediately upon release, it'll all depend on how much interest it garners.

In other news!!
Half-Life: Zero Viscosity 2 is slowly being built up still.

A lot of fantastic art is being drawn (definitely the best-looking video we will have made), and we've had the opportunity to commission freelance illustrators again thanks to you so that's absolutely amazing, THANK YOU.

We have finished recording most of the voicework for it now, and in some VERY fun and BIGLY WINNING news for us; we managed to get a hold of an exceptionally talented guest VA who we've followed for a good while now, Gianni Matragrano, who's known for a whole myriad of things like his role as Gabriel in the game ULTRAKILL, or his insane insanely appealing impression and interpretation of Duke Nukem.

You'll be able to hear him scream inanities when the video's actually released and, I swear, its going to be insanely fun to edit together, I cannot wait.

But, yeah, that's where we're at right now.

Expect the Video Essay out soon, HOPEFULLY before the next Update or right around that time.
