Those neatly folded disposable diapers, rash cream and baby powder are sure going to come in handy for the Professor when Sam finds the inevitable happens, the real question is what will happen when they arrive back home? Does Jess have a plan to hand Sam off to someone else who wants her to be their baby girl or is she planning on keeping her? Either way it looks like Sam is going to be wearing and using diapers again for the immediate future.
