2025-09-04 00:27:37 +0000 UTCHere is something you guys probably never thought about. Itachi told Sasuke in order to get the Mangekou he would have to kill his closest friend. Now, this could be one of the reasons Sasuke never wanted to get close to anybody. When he did befriend Naruto and Sakura, he was willing to die for them instead of killing them to get his visual upgrade. This also meant he was willing to give up on revenge. With Itachi's return revenge became his #1 goal again, which then means killing his best friend to get more power was back on the table.
