That’s Shoko. Also, yes, that is Megumi’s dad of course. Biological dad. Remember Megumi is a descendant of the Zen’in clan even though he doesn’t carry their last name. In the next few episodes you’ll see a lot of character development for both Geto and Gojo and how they ended up the way they did. This mission they are doing will completely change how they think and behave. Finally, yes Mski, Mei looks so much hotter in the past! That hairstyle suits her better than the braid.
