Otherwise, it's been a busy week. Some new work and some new offers of work, enough that I had to turn down some things, which hasn't happened in a long time. Sent a lot of art packages out -- a lot for me, at least. Pushing along the very late commissions. Working to answer all my e-mail, DMs and the like. Some e-mail is a year or more old. It piles up. Watching a lot of old, creaky horror, weird mystery and science-fiction movies while drawing, most of them terrible but entertainingly so. I'm the Secretary of Crappy Old Movies.
Winky has really gotten into chasing little bunched up tinfoil balls across the living room after we toss them. If you throw it so the tinfoil pellet slides into a paper grocery bag, she'll barrel right into the bag and it will slide a foot or two. It's fun. I'm feeling very old and tired, and I've gained weight from binge-eating way too many Keebler Vienna Fingers cookies and all the Italian food my parents sent me home with when they were in town. Lately all I want to do is just eat. I even bought eggs! Sold blood and took out a loan.
