Stay updated: B-day art you qualify for!

After the December 2022 late B-day list is done. All B-day drawings after that are under the January 2023 changes!
Which means these rules will be enforced, such as you leave you forfeit your B-day drawing. Even if you were here during that month before you left, sadly I can't hold places for people who left and might never reply back to me.
Also ONLY BOSS on up ranks are qualified for a B-day drawing. It was nice making something for almost each rank but I ended up getting flooded with mochis and it made me fall behind. So I had to cap it and save it for only the higher ranks.
