I did talk about it in therapy, despite my intentions. And the four nightmares I had last night. And the other stuff that happened. Bad day, tough session. Womp womp.

The worst part of it is you always wonder what you did wrong, and it's most likely nothing, it's them that ghosted. It's an awful feeling and I fully empathize with the urge to shrivel and hermit.
