Out Tomorrow/Quick Update
Added 2020-11-11 00:14:17 +0000 UTCBILL AND TED ARE DOOMED #3 will be out in excellent comic shops tomorrow from Dark Horse. Cover by me and Sarah Dyer, variant cover by Veronica Fish, and interior art and everything by Roger Langridge.
This is probably my favorite issue of the series, I really love what Roger did here. There's also an Easter egg for fans of the old Marvel Bill and Ted series that we snuck in. Well, we didn't really sneak it in, really. But we weren't supposed to refer to the Marvel continuity, except that as the story evolved, a plot point allowed us to, well, refer to the Marvel continuity. And then I asked Roger to drop an extra character in for the fans (okay, for me). And it's free and clear and all approved-like. I know it's silly and only a panel (or more like a panel-within-a-panel but it makes me happy to see.
I really have to remember to sign my covers, I don't think I've signed one in the last two years. Hmm.

I'm dealing with a busier-than-expected week after some Beasts of Burden work cropped up. Every few weeks or so some old bit of business pops up from the haze of the pre-pandemic schedule, as things are being re-scheduled. I don't even remember any of the things I wrote, let alone the revision plans. It all feels like a decade ago.
