Unless you're dealing with black mould, you don't need violent gas-death type cleaners, a detergent cleanser is fine. With black mould you should be hacking it out and replacing the grout/silicone! After scrubbing it down, maybe give it a light wipe of clorox after you're done then hose that off a little later. Household tips for not dying!
