I've concluded that cloth sim is really bugged in the version of Unreal Engine I'm using, so this probably won't be a consistent thing until I upgrade and find another way to cloth sim.
Updated movement, should be looking a lot better now.

Yeah this was really just a concept I was trying out - I will look into that if/when I actually get cloth sims working properly. Thanks for the advice!
