BlimpTober 2023: Day 10

Mage came down to the lab and, while looking for his latest invention, she had to do a double take. In front of her was a tiny human. Thumbelina was exploring a table in the room with all of Duke's gadgets. Mage was convinced she was from the Dreamscape, for this character looked familiar. It turned out she was right, because the tiny human introduced herself, and Mage perked up.

Thumbelina told Mage that Duke was getting his dining room set up for a special day with her, and that he had a way to get her to full size. Mage perked again, telling her that helping her grow is easy. She summoned a bike pump, and as soon as Thumbelina agreed to take her help, Mage put the pump to Thumbelina's mouth and pumped...

By the time Duke returned from his outing, his alarms went off. He knew right then and there that Mage was up to no good again. He came down, the conniption fit within him fighting tooth and nail to break free. His worst fears were discovered upon coming down into his lab. Mage was holding Thumbelina, who was now entirely round, and about the size of a basketball!

After a lengthy and amusing argument, Mage brushed off her act as just helping out, and Duke explained that he meant making her grow as in making her human sized, not inflated. Even worse, the bike pump she used was magical, so Thumbelina was stuck this way. Not wanting to risk making her explode, he arranged his dinner date with Thumbelina blown up. She rolled helplessly around the table.

"Please Excuse the Mage... She's very full of herself- Ah, no I mean that she always tends to blow things out of proportion- NO! I-I mean that- Fuck!!" Thumbelina laughed, and asked when she would be turned back to normal. "As soon as Mage has learned her lesson..."
