While Hank and his family were travelling across the country to see his relatives, Luanne was left at the Hill residence to watch Ladybird. It was the perfect chance to try something she had wanted to try for weeks. During one of her outings, she offered to sell balloons at a local event, and she had a few tanks of helium along with plenty of balloons at her disposal for the event. One question was on her mind; Could she make herself fly like a balloon?
She tried taking in the helium orally, but despite having a higher voice, it made little difference in her physique. She took the hose and figured out another way to make herself fly...
