Broken Laptop Update
Added 2022-07-29 10:58:21 +0000 UTCHow's it going everyone? Today, I was finally able to get my laptop in the hands of Best Buy's Geek Squad for repairs. After being handed between Best Buy and Asus's website, I have nearly given up on getting it fixed and braced for getting a new laptop altogether. Thankfully, it's getting a new screen, and I should have it back in around 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, this means I'm back to having one single studio, and it means getting way less done than I wish. If you're wondering why I haven't started July requests, it's been because of the screen on my Asus laptop breaking on me. That, and I had another animation with a looming deadline to complete, so I finished that just now.
I'm sorry for the workflow going off kilter, but I will try to make up for it somehow. I've got an old Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop set up, but it's so slow that it won't load the password screen half the time, so I will be upgrading the RAM and storage in the hopes that it can respond a little bit faster. It isn't going to livestream, but it will get some artwork done, hopefully.
This is just a quick update regarding the laptop. I will keep you all posted when I can get it back, and I hope that it doesn't break again, or else I'm buying another laptop altogether...
