Health Update- Coronavirus Concerns and Plans
Added 2020-03-16 08:22:02 +0000 UTCI have been receiving countless updates from all around the internet regarding the current pandemic known as the Coronavirus, or COVID-19, and I want to provide an update on my plans to working through these uncertain times we are in.
To start, I am currently okay. I have not come down with the virus, and neither has my family. On top of this, my family has been given 2 weeks off of their jobs and classes. My work on Patreon, on my livestreams, and on commissions is all done at home. As far as the future goes for me, I think I will be alright, and so will my family. However, knowing how quickly this virus spreads, and how vulnerable the elderly and immuno-compromised are, I hope to provide some comfort.
If you are able to work at home, do it. If you have to go out for any reason, be it grocery shopping or otherwise, Try to stay at least 6 meters away from people, I should not have to remind people to wash their hands for 20 seconds, but that's also a must. Most of all, if you are worried about the virus, buying out the entire store's supply of toilet paper will not help.
I will be doing what I can to be here for my viewers. I have some plans to help make the next 2 weeks less unbearable. For starters, the next Patron exclusive set is in progress. I'm going to share progress for that tomorrow. I have the April poll, which I get to tally up and plan out for next month's set. Beyond that, since many of you will be home, I want to do a 7 day livestream schedule for the next 2 weeks. I will still do my main art streams on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 7pm-3am EST, but for the rest of the week, I want to do chill streams. I will play through some games I haven't played in a while, set up some games for the stream to play, and I want to do the remaining bits of the March set live if I don't finish it tomorrow.
Other than this, I am on my usual schedule, but I'll do whatever I can to bring you my best. I want you to stay safe, stay clean, and take care. I will return tomorrow with some art updates.
