I get a lot of repeat questions so I thought I'd answer them here. Of course, if you still feel like you need help you can always DM me directly about your issue.

Do you take idea submissions?
Currently all idea submissions are closed. Any openings for a writer will be posted via social media.

Can I voice act, write, draw for a future toon?
Any openings for work will be posted on social media, I do not take any volunteer work or submissions through patreon.

Are your commissions open?
No, they are closed indefinitely. I will post if I ever have an opening, or  if I'm taking requests, but  your best bet is to join my streams and I take requests.

Can you change my shipping address?
No, I cannot edit patron info. Patreon only allows patrons to edit their own info. If you've moved or want to gift your sticker reward to a friend you need to edit it on your end. HOW TO EDIT YOUR ADDRESS

How do I get previous stickers? Is there a store with previous stickers?
There is no store or option to purchase past stickers. On occasion if you signed up just missing the deadline for a sticker you wanted, I can send you one on request. I do not have a lot of the older stickers in stock if any and won't be reordering them.

When will I get my sticker?
Stickers are sent out on the first week of each month for the previous month. Example: You signed up anytime in May, you will have your May sticker shipped out June 1-14.

Why?
To ensure I can send all my amazing patrons stickers to the accurate addresses to people who really support me! I don't want to enable bots and scammers for free stickers that should be going to you.

I didn't get my sticker! Why?
COMMON ISSUES:
- You signed up during the wrong month. EXAMPLE: If you want Junes sticker, but sign up July 1st or later, you will not get that sticker. The June sticker is SENT OUT in July, but you need to sign up in June. 

- Your address is wrong, missing info, or misspelled. I cannot edit your address for you and I cannot adjust it one by one myself by hand on envelopes. Often envelopes are sent back undeliverable, I do my best to reach out to people about it but there are often just too many.
HOW TO EDIT YOUR ADDRESS

- Sometimes the post office just messes up. DM me if you believe this is the case and I can get a new one sent out.

Please be sure to double check your address and when your payments went through before DM'ing me, I get so many DM's for simple issues that pile up and it backs up the entire inbox.
