Oops my previous comment was incorrect, sorry (there’s been a lot of venues supporting Zionists in Portland) the artist the Aladdin platformed and protected was Matisyahu, who has been a huge supporter of the genocide and occupation of Palestine. Helium was the one with Michael rapport I am sorry to have forgotten to fact check myself, eeep! I was wrong about! Sad to have to miss this show but I can’t support businesses that support Zionism and genocide.

It's not an accessible venue for all bodies and their recent platforming of Michael Rapaport etc. is a huge bummer. Want to support You're Wrong About and have fun with you all but I don't want my dollars supporting that venue!

I'll be flying in from out of town and will most likely plan to AirBnB but just in case wanted to see if there are any Seattle patrons who would feel comfy opening up their home for one or two nights! 2024-10-16 17:32:58 +0000 UTCI would LOVE to come, I’m in Portland, but the Aladdin theatre platformed and protected a Zionist cheering on the genocide, Michael Rapaport back in February, and facilitated the arrest of multiple Palestinian community leaders protesting. Much of the community is boycotting the Aladdin because of this and would love to come if another venue is secured!
