All sex scenes involving the cultist sisters are high-heel themed.

Mind you, the scenes are all with static positioned models so a walk cycle is not seen in the game anyway. Contrary to other suggestions, to me that ass looks fine as it is. Nice and tight to grab with both hands :-)
