Boone in the film version of M*A*S*H, star of Brewster McCloud, and as the Jersey John Doe version of God in Dogma... many years as Groucho Marx's roommate. The motorcycle cop chasing them across the Dumbarton Bridge is credited as "M. Borman" (as in Martin) was Tom Skerritt, who portrayed Duke in M*A*S*H.

When I first saw this movie, I didn't foresee either thing coming! I love how, after pranking so many people, Harold pranked us as well. It's a movie that you never forget. If someone else hadn't requested it, I might well have done so! :-) When this movie was released (in 1971), Bud Cort was 23, but he definitely looked younger. He was in "M*A*S*H" (the movie), which came out in 1970. Ruth Gordon died in 1985 at the age of 88. She was acting in movies and TV shows right up until the end.

A newer soundtrack album has it three times, though. Wonderful song. It became my mantra. (And that sentence displays my age.)
