Phillip K Dick is the source for a lot of of her movies that he is not given credit for. The guy wrote hundreds of pages of stories every day. He has some 90+ movie credits plus all the one stolen without credit. China will lose half their population by the end of the century and other countries are headed the same way. On the farm kids are free labor, in the city they are a huge expense. There are also cultural changes why people don't want kids.

He may have been in another Arnold movie like Raw Deal, but I don't remember him in anything other than Arnold movies.

I knew you would absolutely love this movie, because it’s always reminded me of The Fifth Element. I can also see the influence of this film on The Matrix. Michael Ironside who played Riecter was in a lot of stuff Scanners, Top Gun, The Machinist, one of the Karate Kid movies. The main villain guy with the name that sounds like Kuala, is Ronny Cox, the captain from Beverly Hills Cop. So glad you had fun with this one: Hope you have a great weekend.
