There are many good things to say (anatomy and movement, as ever), but I will focus on the delicious movement of the tongue in panel 1. It is wonderful to see it deform around the shape of the penis and shows he is using strong licks. I also like the tears that show how strong the orgasm is! I commend you using detail that is not traditional, and I hope people realize that they are a byproduct of the intense feelings. The dialogue on panel 5 should help with this impression Unfortunately I think your numbering may be off since I do not see a panel numbered '4', but this is a very minor detail compared to the quality of the rest!
