Right now our favorite thing to eat for breakfast is oatmeal with pear topping! It’s a loaded bowl with all the right ingredients to make you feel full and satisfied.
Don’t skimp on the toppings, they help bring the meal all together and adds dimension and texture in your mouth when chewing. Chia Seeds are loaded with Omegas, protein and zinc and they help you feel fuller. Raw pumpkin seeds are a favorite here too, I almost eat them daily. They are really good for cleansing ou...

It’s not too late for Pumpkin Pie! Pumpkin Pie is my absolute favorite. I like it cold and I like it hot. I like it for dinner and I like it for breakfast. Just because you eat healthy doesn’t mean that you have to skip out on the pie. We grew so many sugar pie pumpkins this year and we roasted, pureed them and put them into our freezer in 2 cup increments for making pies and all things pumpkin pie spice. You can watch our video for that HERE: 2019-12-08 01:03:16 +0000 UTC
