Before it starts, I'll be hosting a special Traxian-only pre-show JUST FOR YOU. I'm still figuring out exactly what we'll be watching (no pressure!), but it will start tomorrow, Thursday, December 17th at 4pm Pacific / 7pm Eastern, over at @TheTraxianRoom. NOTE: Scener recently added the ability to hide parties with a code, so for this one, you'll need to enter the secret code SHATNER to get in.
Then, at 6pm Pacific Time / 9pm Eastern we'll go live on the @RiffTrax Scener theater with Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. The movie is a brisk 107 minutes, so if all goes smoothly we should be done by 7:45 pm Pacific / 10:45pm Eastern.
And next Thursday, on Christmas Eve, I'll be streaming a bunch of my favorite Christmas riffs, starting at 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern, and everything will be playing through Vimeo, so no subscription service is required to join. I'll be spinning some classics and maybe a couple newer riffs - and it will only go for a couple of hours, in case those of you with kids need to get them to bed early for any reason...

¡Hola, Traxians!
It's time for another Turkey Thursday! This week we have some pretty decent options, although one of my favorites I had originally wanted to include - Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - recently got pulled from Disney Plus, and pretty much everywhere else, just in time for Marvel/Disney to announce a new F4 movie! (Hey, the fourth time's the charm, right?)
In any case, I'd like you to help me decide what this Thursday's Turkey should be. I've curated a selection of choice cuts available right now on Amazon Prime and HBO Max for your perusal below. (Prime also has the rest of the Twilight Saga available, in case that's something that interests you!)
Thanks as always for helping me craft these Scener events! I love doing them, and I hope you'll join me for these last couple Turkey Thursdays of 2020.

So, I'm not sure why, but I had to join late, and when Scener tried to load up Amazon Prime and sync to the current time, it got stuck in a restart loop. I tried this multiple times and eventually had to give up. Not sure if anyone else experienced this.

2020-12-18 23:50:33 +0000 UTCThanks for a great evening. Gathered the whole family and had a blast. Is this Scener thing weekly (the late one)? I first watched the 11/12 one and hadn't heard about it until your post last week saying it was moved to Thursdays, implying it's a regular thing.
