[Debug] The invalidity of high heel plug-in

Some of my char cards (especially with TheRiseOfEros' hair) include the accessary, which will lead to the bug of invalidity of high heel plug-in, when you re-load the char card with the same accessary (after you have just loaded one).
I will make another new accessary mod alike (but without bug), instead of using the mod.

No, It probably doesn't for all. The bug I showed is due to a wrong mod.
