Hi, It might be a bandwidth issue. Try closing any unnecessary tabs and turning off apps that use a lot of data in the background. Also, refreshing the page or switching browsers can help. Hope this helps, and I’m glad you’re enjoying her content.

I noticed she’s using an external player, but every time I try to open it, it buffers for almost 5 minutes straight and then freezes. Any tips? Is this a common issue with this player?
