Updates and Apologies

First of all I want to say thanks for all the support this year, from my follows and friends to clients and patrons! Yadda yadda these uncertain times yadda yadda. I hope you're all being safe as possible and that your friends and families are spared the worst of this terrible outbreak.

Next up I'd like to offer an apology for the slowdown on completed commissions. With preschools cancelled and my wife working her essential job, it's my responsibility to parents my kids most of the day by myself. It's not that I'm unhappy, but it does take a lot of energy and by the end of the day (when I'd usually be getting ready to stream or draw) I have been basically exhausted for a couple months now. So that's why I haven't been as productive as I'd prefer. My clients have been extremely patient with me, and I'm trying not to let the feeling that I'm letting you all down make me even slower with artist burnout.

Also, both DA and FA decided to update their UI, and it is REALLY fucking with my record-keeping. Finding tagged messages and tracking who had paid for what and what everyone wanted was down to a science before, but now I spend like an hour just clicking through the same three pages to figure out what I'm working on next. It's a real hassle, and I'm doing my best to adjust to the new notes display. It'll get better in time, I hope!

In other news, I'm moving to a house in the next couple months (I'm taking my wife and kids too, don't worry) and that is likely to disrupt my work schedule even more. Hopefully the impact will be minimal and I'll be back to work right away, but it may be a week or so of downtime while I set up the office and internet.

In the meantime I'll do my best to keep the weekly Saturday Sketch Streams and Fan-Art Fridays going, and I'll keep you all posted on when the big move happens. Thanks for sticking with me!
