Patreon sales tax - update

Sales tax update: I've configured some detailed information on the benefits for each tier, allowing Patreon to calculate sales tax over only a portion of your pledge, where applicable.
I've updated the Buddy and (Girl)Friend tier descriptions to match these configured benefits better and make sure you're not taxed unnecessarily, so please make sure to check out the updated descriptions if you pledged on those levels for a specific benefit.

I don't expect it'll change anything for those living in the EU, I'm guessing it's select US states that will see a slightly lower tax added than they would have seen otherwise.
