They'd all be working in modern day to afford a home (except Gene who is doing full time college) And even then, they're renting it from the owner! they couldn't dream of affording a sizeable home even with three separate incomes!
Jobie works as a full-time-streamer and makes the most revenue, Ace works as a model still but makes separate income from his social media, and Rory works as a dispensary a few miles from the house.
